Yes. If you have not yet received confirmation of your delivery or collection date, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form. Once flowers and materials have been ordered or work has commenced on your arrangement, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible..

Not at present. Bloom Avenue currently offers local delivery and collection services only. As our business grows, we hope to introduce postal delivery for selected products in the future.
